The beer which we brewed for this barrel actually contains 7 complex malts, we’ve then aged it for 9 months in a first fill Speyside Single Malt barrel.
Beautifully balanced, light, delicate, sweet honey, floral heather, poached pear and warming spices, it’s an utter delight, enough to makes the Scots proud.
