UK MAINLAND ONLY DELIVERY
DELIVERY: 1 to 3 working days
STANDARD CHARGE: £6.50
CARRIER: UK Mail for Alcohol/Royal Mail for Vouchers
REMOTE LOCATIONS: Including the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland will have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times. Please contact us for full details.

Orders must be received by 9am Monday-Friday to be processed the same working day, any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, this also applies to Bank Holidays. On Bank Holidays any items ordered will be processed the first working day after the Bank Holiday.
Please bear this in mind with our delivery days.
Please contact us if you would like to add specific delivery instructions. (e.g. Leave with a neighbour or secure location.) Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk.
The courier will attempt to deliver twice after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot, the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be re-charged at cost. Blue Monkey Brewing Limited accept no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click and Collect is available from Blue Monkey Brewery and our Organ Grinder Pubs.
If you choose click & collect instead of delivery;
- Orders will be available to collect the following working day from when the order was placed.
- Orders must be made before 3pm on Friday if collecting on Saturday.
- Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Brewery Collection can only take place during brewery shop opening times (Monday – Saturday 9.30am – 4.30pm)
- Organ Grinder Collection available after 3pm on the Monday after your order is placed
- Proof of purchase must be shown when collecting the order
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our website and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking ‘I confirm I am at least 18 years of age’ during the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence.
We use UK Mail to ship all items from our website, this applies to all orders within UK Mainland only. Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, although we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible.
We aim to process orders the same or next working day, however, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed during very busy times.
AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN EXISTING ORDER
Any orders can be amended providing the order has not been dispatched – in this instance it is best to contact us by phone for a prompt response. You may cancel an order for a full refund providing the order has not been dispatched.
After the order has been dispatched any cancellation will have to be returned by the details outlined below.
In the unfortunate event that ordered items are unavailable we will attempt to contact you to inform you, we may replace any unavailable items with items of a similar style and of equivalent or superior price/quality.
Terms and Conditions
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any of the alcoholic products that we stock. By placing an order with us that includes alcohol, you are confirming that you understand these terms and that you are over the age of 18. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Blue Monkey Brewing Limited are not liable for breach of these conditions for any loss or liability arising from circumstances of force majeure.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If the products you have ordered are not available we will contact you to either swap the product for another or for issue a refund.
If you’ve ordered an item that is on Pre-Order please note, the dispatch date is a target and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-order products being shipped, we will contact you immediately to give an updated estimate.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched from our brewery you will receive an email confirmation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF YOUR BEERS IS MISSING OR BROKEN?
We take a lot of precautionary measures to make sure that none of your products are damaged in transit to you. Sometimes items can be damaged in transit despite all of these measures. This is something we work hard to try and avoid, we hate to see good beer wasted!
If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact the courier if you have a tracking number. Please bear in mind that couriers are very busy at certain times of year so your item may be delayed in transit. In the unlikely event that you do receive damaged items then please contact us directly so we can track down your package or replace any items with damaged contents. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first informing us that you wish to apply for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
Any item not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not guaranteed a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
